What PAI is

PAI (paitrade.in) is an educational research platform focused on market structure, demand and supply zones, probability-based execution, and risk management for NSE cash stocks and stock futures in India. All content on this site — including the dashboard, glossary, methodology pages, how-to guides, and any displayed zone data — is provided solely for educational and research purposes.

What PAI is not

• PAI is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
• PAI is not a SEBI-registered research analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
• PAI is not a stockbroker, sub-broker, or portfolio manager. We do not hold client funds and do not place discretionary trades.
• PAI does not provide buy/sell recommendations, tips, calls, or signals. Zone data shown in the dashboard is market-structure analysis, not a recommendation to trade.
• PAI does not guarantee returns. Past patterns shown on the platform do not predict future market behaviour.
• PAI does not manage portfolios or take discretionary control of any user account.

Optional broker linking

Elite-tier users may optionally link their own DhanHQ trading account to PAI to enable order execution from the dashboard. When you link:

• Your Dhan PIN and TOTP secret are encrypted at rest with a key separate from PAI's main application secret. They are decrypted only in memory at the moment of executing an order you authorise on the dashboard.
• PAI never logs raw broker credentials or decrypted access tokens.
• PAI does not place orders unless you initiate them through the dashboard UI. There is no discretionary trading, no managed account, and no profit sharing.
• You can unlink at any time from your account portal — every stored credential is wiped from the database.
• Linking is optional. Free, Pro, and unlinked Elite users can still use the platform for educational research; they just won't have execution from the dashboard.

Linking does not change PAI's regulatory status. PAI remains an educational research platform and is not a SEBI-registered adviser, research analyst, or broker.

Educational examples and simulations

Charts, screenshots, sample tables, and zone data displayed on PAI are educational examples of market structure. They are intended to illustrate analytical concepts (Drop-Base-Rally, Rally-Base-Rally, multi-timeframe alignment, risk-reward, etc.) — not to direct any trading decision.

Where the platform shows specific instruments, prices, or timestamps, these are market observations. Order execution, when used, happens under your own broker account — not PAI's — using credentials you explicitly link.

Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions made on your own account.
• You must consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst for personalised investment advice before acting on anything you learn from PAI.
• You must independently verify any data, signal, or pattern before trading. PAI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.

No advisor-client relationship

Use of this platform does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, broker-client, or any similar relationship between you and PAI. We do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, or objectives, and we do not tailor any content to your individual profile.

Limitation of liability

PAI, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities — arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content on this platform.
